SOBC Richmond entered one team of 13 players that was classified in a higher division than we normally play. They played in the "B" division and won all their games to take home the 1st place trophy. Playing on this team, we had David Swan, Aquil, Michael Li, Vincent Li, Braden Webb, Braeden Pawer, Keith Miller, Salaudin, Kris Cohen, Ian DeVries, Lisa Hunter, Robert English and Andrew Weale. We are loaned 4 players to Delta so they can enter a team, and this team took the 1st place trophy in the C Division. Players playing for Delta were Ken Frizell, Kevin Parmenter, Dan Perrault and Ryan Stewart. Finally, we entered 6 of our players in the Skills Development Competition on June 5. The players compete in 4 skills, throwing, batting running bases and fielding and are scored overall in their level. Jason McPherson and Peter Weber took 1st place in their divisions, Rosemary Groenewegen and Gary Wong took 2nd place in their respective divisions, Mercedeh Khatami took 3rd in her division and Scott Ellison got an Honorable Mention.
